Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions set out the terms that apply when you use the Windscreen 365 website, request a quotation, book a vehicle glass service, or receive services from us.

By using our website or booking a service with Windscreen 365, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Windscreen 365

Windscreen 365 provides professional mobile vehicle glass services, including windscreen replacement and vehicle glass repair and replacement services across London and Berkshire.

Our services are carried out by appropriately experienced and trained technicians using vehicle glass, adhesives and associated materials selected for their suitability and quality.

We aim to provide a straightforward, professional and convenient service while maintaining appropriate standards of workmanship and vehicle safety.

2. Website Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general information purposes and may be updated or changed without notice.

Images, descriptions and examples of vehicles, glass products, services and installations are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact vehicle or glass supplied for an individual booking.

The availability, suitability and price of a particular service may depend on the vehicle, registration details, glass specification, extent of damage, location and other information provided at the time of enquiry.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotations are based on the information available to us at the time of enquiry.

Where we request your vehicle registration, make, model, year, photographs or other information, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and complete.

A quotation may need to be revised where:

  • The vehicle information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The required glass specification differs from the information originally provided.

  • Additional vehicle technology or equipment affects the work required.

  • Additional damage or installation issues are identified.

  • The requested service changes after the quotation has been provided.

  • The condition of the vehicle prevents the work from being completed safely.

Where additional work or costs become necessary, we will explain these to you before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation does not include unrelated repairs, additional parts, specialist calibration, remedial bodywork or any other work outside the agreed service.

4. Booking an Appointment

An appointment is confirmed only once Windscreen 365 has accepted the booking and the necessary information has been provided.

We may contact you before the appointment to confirm vehicle details, location, access arrangements and any other information required to carry out the work safely.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone or rearrange a booking where the requested service cannot be carried out safely, the vehicle or glass specification is unsuitable, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from completing the work.

5. Mobile Appointments

Our mobile service is designed to allow vehicle glass work to be carried out at a suitable customer location.

You are responsible for ensuring that the appointment location is reasonably suitable and accessible for the work.

The working area must provide sufficient space, access and appropriate conditions for our technician to safely carry out the installation.

Where weather conditions, lighting, access restrictions, location limitations or other circumstances create an unsafe working environment, we may need to postpone or relocate the appointment.

Where reasonably possible, we will discuss alternative arrangements with you.

6. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

Before work begins, you should inform us of any relevant circumstances affecting the vehicle, including:

  • Previous windscreen replacement.

  • Existing damage.

  • Aftermarket modifications.

  • Unusual glass features.

  • Vehicle safety systems or technology that you are aware of.

The vehicle must be made available at the agreed location and time.

Personal belongings should be removed from areas where work is to be carried out.

Windscreen 365 will not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in or around the vehicle where reasonable care has been taken.

7. Windscreen Replacement and Vehicle Technology

Modern vehicles may contain technology integrated into or positioned around the windscreen, including cameras, sensors, rain and light sensors, heating elements, head-up displays and advanced driver assistance systems.

Where applicable, additional calibration or specialist procedures may be required following windscreen replacement.

If calibration or another specialist service is required, we will explain this where it can reasonably be identified before the work is undertaken.

Any calibration service, specialist equipment or third-party service that is not expressly included in your quotation will be treated as additional work.

Vehicle manufacturers may specify particular calibration procedures and requirements. Windscreen 365 will follow appropriate procedures within the scope of the service being provided.

8. Installation and Workmanship

We take reasonable care to install vehicle glass using appropriate materials, equipment and installation procedures.

The installation process may include removal of existing glass, preparation of the bonding surface, application of adhesive, installation of replacement glass and inspection of the completed work.

We may refuse to proceed where the vehicle, surrounding bodywork, bonding surface or any other relevant condition presents a safety risk or prevents proper installation.

If an issue is identified during installation, we will explain the situation and discuss the available options with you.

9. Adhesive Curing and Safe Use of the Vehicle

Following windscreen replacement, the adhesive used may require a specific curing period before the vehicle can safely be driven.

You must follow any safe-drive-away time and other safety instructions provided by our technician.

The required curing period may vary depending on the adhesive used, vehicle, temperature, weather conditions and installation environment.

Windscreen 365 cannot accept responsibility for problems caused by driving or otherwise using the vehicle contrary to the instructions provided following installation.

10. Guarantee and Workmanship

Windscreen 365 stands behind the quality of its workmanship and provides a guarantee in accordance with the terms applicable to the service supplied.

The guarantee applies to eligible workmanship or installation-related issues occurring within the applicable guarantee period.

The guarantee does not automatically cover damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, vandalism, subsequent damage, external interference, vehicle modifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The precise scope and duration of any guarantee will depend on the service provided and the terms communicated to you at the time of booking or completion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

11. Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions

Vehicle glass replacement may require work around existing vehicle components and bodywork.

If pre-existing damage, corrosion, deterioration, poor previous workmanship or another underlying issue is discovered, this may affect our ability to complete the installation properly.

We will inform you where such an issue materially affects the work.

Any additional work required to address a pre-existing condition will not be included in the original quotation unless expressly stated.

12. Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the price and payment terms confirmed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required once the service has been completed.

We may require payment in advance for certain bookings, specialist glass, non-standard vehicle glass or other services where this is reasonably necessary.

Any additional work or agreed additional charges will be explained before the work is undertaken wherever reasonably possible.

13. Cancellation and Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide reasonable notice so that we can make the appointment available to another customer.

Cancellation or rearrangement terms may vary depending on whether glass or specialist parts have already been ordered specifically for your vehicle.

Where a special-order item has already been obtained and cannot reasonably be returned or reused, you may be responsible for associated costs where permitted by applicable law and where these costs have been communicated to you.

Nothing in this section affects any cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Delays and Appointment Times

We aim to arrive within the agreed appointment window and will keep customers informed of any significant delays where reasonably possible.

However, mobile vehicle glass services may be affected by traffic, weather, vehicle availability, unexpected installation issues, supplier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Appointment times are therefore estimates unless a specific guaranteed time has been expressly agreed.

15. Product Availability

We aim to source suitable replacement glass for the relevant vehicle.

Availability may depend on the vehicle specification, manufacturer, supplier stock and other factors.

If the originally expected glass becomes unavailable or a different suitable specification is required, we will discuss the available options with you.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Windscreen 365 website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website for maintenance, security updates, technical updates or other operational reasons.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Windscreen 365 website, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, design elements and other materials, belongs to Windscreen 365 or is used with permission.

You may access and use the website for personal or legitimate business purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources.

These links are provided for convenience only and do not mean that Windscreen 365 endorses or accepts responsibility for the content, availability, security or practices of any third-party website or service.

You should review the relevant third party’s own terms and privacy policy before using their services.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, Windscreen 365 will not be responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or for circumstances arising from:

  • Information provided to us that was inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Misuse of the vehicle following the service.

  • Failure to follow safety instructions.

  • Matters outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

20. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, traffic disruption, accidents, supplier shortages, vehicle or equipment issues, industrial action, government restrictions, utility failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact you and arrange an alternative appointment or appropriate solution.

21. Complaints

We take customer concerns seriously and aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant details, including the vehicle, appointment date and nature of your concern.

We may request photographs, vehicle information or other reasonable evidence to investigate the matter properly.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this website together with the relevant update date.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts and legal requirements of England and Wales.
